Executive Team Lead Intern

Target Corporation

The Executive Intern Program is a 10-week internship that teaches management of the tasks and team members in a major retailer.

  • Oversaw the daily operations of a Target Store grossing over $27 million in annual sales through payroll and performance management, directional leadership, and delivering on coaching opportunities with my team

  • Supervised staff in multiple departments to ensure operational and guest service goals were met each week

  • Transitioned to a Leader on Duty role and directed the Service and Engagement department of the store, driving the department to successfully generate the district’s best metrics in self-checkout utilization and net promoter score

Associate Producer of Sales and Outreach

UF Homecoming and Gator Growl

Gator Growl is the nation’s largest student run pep rally. The massive production features famous comedians and musicians, as well as performances by several large student organizations.

  • Managed Sales and Outreach team of 150+ Directors, Assistant Directors, and Staff to promote and sell Gator Growl tickets

  • Negotiated a ticket deal with 42 different organizations on the UF campus to sell over 9,000 tickets immediately, a major turn in reversing the downward sales trend of the past five years. My team sold over 14,000 tickets in only four months

  • Worked alongside fellow Executive Board Members and the overall Producer to choose the event’s opening and lead talent, establish all advertising strategies, and planning the Show Schedule

Business Analyst

LUMA at Digital Worlds

LUMA is a team of students and faculty at the UF Digital Worlds Institute that create digital media projects for a wide variety of clients in the UF and Gainesville community.

  • Coordinated the organizations marketing strategy, researched and formed initial relationships with all potential clients, and formalized the group’s online brand

  • Experimented on new Augmented Reality Mobile Platform to create an immersive campus-tour through AR digital media

  • Assisted in the development of the experience and met with key stakeholders to detail capabilities/restrictions of the service

Summer Marketing Coordinator

Triumph Martial Arts

Triumph Martial Arts is a member of the American Taekwondo Association with over 120 active students of all ages. In spring 2018, the school underwent a management change and rebranding of the school itself. 

  • Strategized and implemented the aggressive marketing strategy for the Triumph Taekwondo business rebranding

  • Organized and implemented local business outreach and community-event drop-offs, increasing the monthly student-acclamation trend by 250%

  • Advertised and taught two-hour special events and birthday party deals

Campus Ambassador

Florida Cicerones

The Florida Cicerones is an organization comprised of a select group of 210 students representing various facets of the UF community. We serve as the official student ambassadors of the University by representing the student experience at many functions throughout the year.

  • Host events for the Student Alumni Association, the University Athletic Association, and the Office the President Guide 90-minutes campus tours to prospective students, admitted students and their families

  • Guide biweekly 90-minute campus tours to prospective applicants, admitted students and their families
